Ross Paolino is Director and Counsel for Digital, Strategy, and Innovation at Western Union. He tackles complex legal issues at the crossroads of business, technology, and law, and works with business partners to launch strategic projects that drive Western Union’s cross-border growth strategy. Before Western Union, Ross served as Corporate Counsel for VMware, a leading cloud infrastructure and digital workspace technology company, and as an associate at the law firms of Orrick, Herrington, & Sutcliffe LLP and Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP where he focused on complex commercial litigation, antitrust, and intellectual property matters.

He received his J.D. from the George Washington University Law School where he served on the George Washington Law Review, and his B.A. from the University of Florida.
